The smaller of only two DOCG (Denominazione di origine controllata e garantita) found within the Prosecco producing area. The vineyards in this region are grown exclusively on the hill sides. The step nature of these vineyards means that all the vineyard work is done by hand, from pruning to harvesting. This results in a higher quality of fruit, and therefore a higher quality wine. This small subregion is well known for producing and Extra Brut style (0-6g residual sugar).

Extra Brut (2g R/S)

Spumante wine with straw-yellow and verdant reflections. Exceptionally fine perlage. Hints of golden apple, pear and peach. A dry, well-structured, flavoursome wine. Excellent as an Aperitivo yet interesting for all of a meal, especially when paired with fish.

Brut (8g R/S)

Brilliant straw-yellow in colour, this prosecco has a delicate and pleasant bouquet with floral and fruit hints of acacia and wisteria prevailing. The taste denotes a lasting hint of green apple. A lively balanced wine that goes well with shellfish and fish dishes.

Extra Dry (17g R/S)

With its balance structure, this wine has a soft and subtle perlage, while at the nose it has aromas for white flowers and citrus. The taste of green apple, pear, and banana stands outs; fresh and balanced. Excellent as an Aperitivo and as an accompaniment to white meats.
